FALL in Love with These New Color Recipes!

Sometimes the best paint colors are the ones you create yourself!

With so many beautiful shades in the Country Chic Paint collection, there are endless possibilities for mixing and creating something completely unique. We recently experimented with some of our newest colors and came up with six fresh color recipes that we can't wait to try on our next furniture projects.

From soft and romantic pinks to moody blues and earthy greens, these custom combinations show just how much personality you can create by blending the colors you already love.

Here are six new color recipes to inspire your next project!

There's something instantly cozy about this pairing we named Forest Frolic. Envious brings a rich, grounded green, while Fresh Mustard warms it from within with a golden, earthy glow. The result is a deep, mossy green that feels more forest floor than boxwood hedge — layered, warm, and completely livable.

Try it when: you want a green with character, perfect for cabinetry, vintage dressers, or a statement accent wall.

Raspberry Sorbet lends its playful, berry-pink energy, while Daydreamer folds in a soft, hazy lavender to take the edge off. Together creating Orchid Whisper, a dusty, romantic mauve that feels vintage without tipping into dusty-rose cliché.

Try it when: you want a soft, storybook pink-purple for bedroom furniture, nightstands, or feminine-inspired pieces

Envious returns here, this time paired with the inky depth of Starstruck. Instead of green leading the way, the navy takes over, with just a whisper of forest tucked underneath. It's a moody, denim-like blue  called Midnight Walk. It feels grounded and a little mysterious — the kind of color that looks different in every light.

Try it when: you want a deep, atmospheric blue for a bold accent piece or a headboard that anchors the room.

Dune Grass brings a soft, sandy green undertone, while Aurora adds a cool, luminous blue that pulls the whole mix toward the water's edge. The combination lands on a bright, tropical teal Caribbean Sea ..equal parts calming and cheerful, like shallow water over white sand.

Try it when: you want a fresh, vacation-inspired teal for coastal or bohemian-style furniture.

Neverland and Jitterbug meet in the middle to create a classic green; Alpine. Neither color dominates, so the finished shade reads calm and balanced rather than leaning too blue or too yellow. It's an easy, versatile green that works as well on a farmhouse dresser as it does on kitchen cabinetry.

Try it when: you want a quiet, adaptable green that plays well with almost any other color in your palette.

Pale Plaster mellows out the boldness of Persimmon making Jack-o-lantern, softening it into a warm, sun-baked terracotta rather than a full-on orange. It's rich and a little rustic, with just enough warmth to feel like golden hour rather than Halloween.

Try it when: you want an unexpected pop of warm color on a smaller accent piece, like a stool, tray, or side table.
